•AD: Agency Disclosure-must be signed by seller prior to signing listing.

•DA: Disclosure and Consent to Represent more than one buyer or seller.

•RLA: Exclusive Right To Sell listing agreement to be used in most real estate
transactions.  If probate use the probate listing agreement in Winforms.

If applicable:
• Short Sale Listing Addendum
•The Seller Instruction to Exclude or Delay MLS

Once the listing has been signed deliver a disclosure package to the seller
for them to fill out.  See your market center for disclosure requirements. 
Do not assist the seller in filling out these forms.

NOTE:  Agent is required to conduct an Agent Visual Inspection of the property when
taking a listing.  See Winforms AVID for the form used to conduct the inspection.
